Croix de Fer has been a staple in the Genesis range since 2009, with the original description of ‘drop bars don’t always mean tarmac’. It’s fair to say that the industry has gotten wise to this fact since then, with ‘gravel’ very much being the in thing. However, we’ve always believed that the Croix de Fer is much more than that and its all-round capabilities across nearly all surfaces are what makes it so popular. The latest offering shares some similarities to the original design, but over time with new technologies and components becoming available to us, the bike has evolved into what you see today.
The long-standing icon of the Genesis range returns with subtle changes improving on what is already a firm favourite for many riders.
Flat Out
Like a regular Croix De Fer, but flatter!
Not everyone wants a drop handlebar. If you prefer the additional comfort and control of a flat handlebar on your gravel bike or spend more time ripping around town than you do ticking off epic gravel routes, the Croix De Fer 20 Flat Bar is well equipped to tackle any surface.
