We run a diary system for repairs, so you can make an appointment on a day that suits you. Once we have this arranged just bring your bike in on the morning it’s booked for (or any time the day before). We just need it in before 11am on the day of booking so we have time to complete the repair. We are hoping to bring the booking system online soon, but for now the easiest way is to give us a phone on 0131 629 6065.
Bringing your bike in –
On drop off (or just after) we will check your bike over and put together a quote for repair, you will either then get a text or a phone call to discuss options. No work goes ahead unless we have it pre-agreed, so you know exactly how much it’s going to cost before collection.
The repair –
One of our experienced mechanics will then start work and we aim to have all bikes ready the same day. However, due to the complex work on some bikes this isn’t always possible (we do quite a lot of suspension work) so if you are going away on holiday with the bike, or have a big race at the weekend, please mention this on dropoff or booking so we don’t get any surprises.
Once your bike is completed and ready to go, you will get a text letting you know it’s sorted, the total cost and when we close.
