Shop Manager - Full Time

'More than just a manager' - We are looking for someone to take on the day to day management of the shop but being a small business it will be a pretty diverse role! No mechanic experience necessary but you will need to be a bike geek and keen rider. Your chance to shape the future of the shop. 

Key Roles:

  • Stock control 
  • Range planning
  • Merchandising 
  • Roll out and maintenance of updated EPOS system 
  • Customer sales
  • Custom build specs
  • Web updates 
  • Social media management
  • Future brand sourcing
  • Existing brand management and development

Successful Candidate:

  • Keen rider (any style)
  • In depth knowledge of current product/ranges (we focus on mountain/gravel, but work on everything)
  • Strong organisation kills
  • Computer literate, basic photography skills
  • Great communicator 
  • Self motivated 
  • Experience in a sales environment

Mechanic - Full Time

We are looking for a full time mechanic to join our small team.

Established as repair only from the start and moving into bike sales later, the workshop is still the main focus of our business and very important to us. We work on everything from town bikes with internal hubs, to Di2 equipped road bikes and rear shock servicing, often all in the same day, so experience with a wide range of bikes ideal but if you come from somewhere specialist that's great too, get in touch. We have a dedicated suspension workshop on site, while this is a general mechanic role if suspension is something that interests you we are a good place to be. 

Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum three years professional mechanic experience
  • Clean and organised workspace
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Confident communicating with customers
  • Ability to work to deadlines 
  • Keen rider
  • Working knowledge of current product ranges/compatibility
