Once booked, please drop off your bike before 10am on the day of the appointment or the previous working day.
Leave your bike with us while our team of pro mechanics assess the repairs required and get in contact with a breakdown, an estimate of the cost and give you an idea of the time required.
Please be aware that we may not be able to complete the repairs on the day the assessment is carried out. The repair may need to be rescheduled and the bike collected in the mean time. This just depends on the condition of the bike and the repairs / parts required.

Please be aware that our suspension servicing is now carried out in our Dunfermline shop, so if suspension work is required please call in to get an idea of lead time.
We service and repair both manual and (road legal) eBikes.
If your ebike is chipped to go faster than 15.5mph or has a throttle we cannot accept it in our workshop. If in doubt please give us a call during opening hours.
